LED UV Curing Machine is a type of equipment that uses high-intensity ultraviolet (UV) light emitted by Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) to cure or dry inks, adhesives, coatings, and resins. This technology has become increasingly popular in various industries due to its efficiency, speed, and environmental benefits compared to traditional UV curing systems that use mercury lamps.

Quality mesh belt:It is heat and corrosion resistant, difficult to be aged, bending endurant,resin and coating etc almost all adhesives can be cleared easily.

Centrifugal cooling fan:The air-cooling fan lowers high temperature, and the workpieces do notdeform, the fan runs steadily with little vibration.

Adjustable inlet port heightInlet port height(0-100mm) can be adjusted freely.

Applications:

Printing Industry: Used for instant drying of UV inks in offset, digital, and flexographic printing processes, allowing for faster production speeds and higher print quality.

Coating and Finishing: Ideal for applying protective or decorative coatings on wood, plastic, metal, and other surfaces, ensuring quick curing and a durable finish.

Cautions:

1)Do not toggle the switch of UV lamp or main switch while the machine is working.

2)The rotating direction of the fan must be the same as the arrow, or the internal temperature in the machine will get abnormal.

3)Do not change the irradiation distance of UV lamp at will.

4)Check whether the current is normal when the UV lamp is lit as high current may lead to UV lamp failure, and excess voltage may result in damage to transformer.

5)Overheating, voltage higher than rated value, small air emission may lead to fire disaster.

6)Please turn off the main power if any part powers off abnormally while the machine is running, and restart the machine when the trouble is cleared.

7)Please turn off the input power of the machine while inspecting its parts so as to avoid electric shock.
