Wooden ruler pad printer machine is a specialized printing device designed to print graphics, logos, or measurements onto wooden rulers or other long, narrow objects. This type of machine uses the pad printing process, which involves transferring ink from an etched plate (cliché) to a soft silicone pad, and then from the pad onto the surface of the wooden ruler.FA-P1/KR is one of these ruler ink pad printer, wildlly applied to print wooden ruler, plastic ruler, metal ruler etc. Max printing length to be 300mm.

Function

1. With microcomputer-controller, fully automatic operation makes the printing more mechanical
2. With aluminum alloy structure frame and metal coating surface, the machine is easy to move but steady
3. With function of leveling ink by sliding automatically on front /back, avoiding printing ink partial solidification
4. Adjustable inking pressure and printing speed meets different printing requirements
5. 360° adjustable rubber pad angle and ±5° adjustable worktable angle ensure repeat precision to be less 0.05mm
6. Worktable, plastic head and ink cup can be adjusted X, Y,Z direction
7. Open ink tray and sealed ink cup system are available for choice.

Operation Process:

1.The ruler pad printer starts by applying ink to the etched areas of the cliché.

2.The pad descends onto the cliché, picking up the ink from the etched design.

3.The pad then lifts and moves precisely over the wooden ruler, pressing down to transfer the ink onto its surface.

4.This process repeats for each ruler, with the machine able to print multiple rulers in quick succession if equipped with automation features.
