This Rotating Working Table Screen Printing Machine is suitable for printing different kind of plane items, wildly applied in different kind of industry field. This machine is featured by four rotary stations and with mechanical hand for unloading products. The mechanical hand is driven by servo motor , which provide accurate position control, speed regulation, and stable output. Third, the left/right blade adopts Variable frequency motor, which enables the screen printing to be more accurate especially printing small products. Fourth,the worktable of the turntable screen printing machine is generally controlled by a precision divider. Rotary stations quantity could be customized as per customer request.

Features

1.The print head lifting is driven by a cylinder, combined with high-performance precision linear guides. The  lifting is guided by a guide post, which makes printing smoother and higher printing accuracy.

2.The printing  adopts stepper motor, which runs fast, accurate positioning, and digital setting of stroke / speed / direction.

3.The printing head is formed by one-piece cast aluminum with simple structure. The tool post is guided by a cylinder with guide rails, which is stable and smooth with high accuracy. The scraper blade and the ink blade are formed by  aluminum, with simple structure, convenient use and stable performance.

4.The table is driven by a precision cam divider from Taiwan, which is fast and accurate for repeated positioning. The vacuum suction platen is accurate in positioning the product to prevent the product from loosening during the rotation. The table is made by aluminum. The structure is stable, the rigidity is superior, and the flatness of the table is 0.05mm.
