Automatic Ruler Screen Printer with LED UV Curing

This is an efficient rotary flat screen printing machine especially designed for ruler set printing, which uses a high-speed rotary table composed of a mechanical cam splitter. The printing is stable , precise,  with low vibration and accurate multi-color printing. The ruler printing speed can reach 1200 times per hour. The printing table consists of four printing workstations, equipped with mechanical handrails. Three modes can be set: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. The interval time between printing actions can be digitally controlled. The independently designed head lifting device makes it convenient for the scraper/oil return blade, screen loading and unloading, and screen cleaning. The whole machine is fully packaged, safe and beautiful, easy to operate, and easy to retrieve, greatly improving production efficiency.
