Feature:

1.This pen screen printer is with automatic feeding hopper, the ball pen can be loaded inside the hopper with clips. And the pen could be aligned position before printing.

2.The printing machine is equipped with automatic flame pre-treatment device before ball pen screen printing. It's necessary for printing PP/PE/HDPE material products. This enables better ink adhesion on material surface.

3.The machine is designed for easy and convenient operation. There is production volume counter and independent start/stop and emergency switch. And automatic/manual work mode as optional.

4.The printing equipment can print taper products, and the maximum conicity is 3°.

5.The printing baseplate has the vacuum function(optional) which can keep the precision of registration

6. Machine with high printing speed, output: 5000pcs/hour .It can print two kinds of printing objects at the same time.

7.Adopt IR infrared ray(or UV ultraviolet radiation drying system, optional), printing and drying can be finished at the same time.
