Automatic Cosmetic Bottle Screen Printing Machine
The fully automatic screen printing machine has 12 stations , specially developed for special printing of circular products such as cosmetic bottle , cosmetic tube, cream jar,syringes etc. It can achieve multi-color printing and precise color matching for some products.According to the process requirements of special products, different configurations can be configured on the workstation. According to customer requirements, we can develop an automatic feeding and sorting system that is more efficient and labor-saving, making the machine suitable for various packaging process needs of customers, truly achieving multi use of one machine, saving more resources and improving efficiency for customers. Adopting a rotary design with a splitter, mechanical transmission, and computer control system, it is easy to operate and ensures high-quality printing results.
Feature:
1.The main transmission adopts European famous brand transmission equipment, supplemented by high-speed precision gap divider, to achieve precise indexing transmission, making the whole machine run more smoothly and reliably, and the printing speed can reach up to 4800pcs/hr.
2.The whole machine is controlled by an internationally renowned PLC and operated by a touch screen with simple and fast settings, making it easy to achieve human-machine dialogue and more user-friendly.
3.Ink curing can be achieved through electronic UV curing or infrared drying, while ensuring stable performance and saving electricity, resulting in better curing effects.
4.It has automatic detection functions such as high wind sterilization, no printing for every piece, low air pressure alarm, and material deviation/misfeeding alarm.
5.The fully automatic feeding system and unloading robotic arm device ensure continuous and stable printing, and also minimize scratches on the surface of the substrate during the printing process, providing better protection.Ensure the safe operation of the operators.
According to customer requirements, the following configurations can be optional:
(1) Fully automatic feeder (can save operators and achieve fully automated production)
(2) Servo+cursor positioning system (can achieve precise color matching again to complete offset and hot stamping)
(3) Mechanical positioning device (capable of achieving multi-color printing)
(4) Screen printing and hot stamping mutual conversion function.
