3D Vacuum Shoes Heat Transfer Machine adopts an advanced thermal transfer technology. It uses a unique vacuum environment and high temperature method to perfectly transfer the pattern to the surface of the shoes. It can adapt to the shape and size of various shoes. Main Function & Feature to 3D Vacuum Shoes Sublimation Transfer Machine:

1) Machine with vacuum function and high-temperature irradiation, which enable to finish printing by one time for irregular 3D products, eg, shoes, flip-flop, slipper, brush, broom , cleaning tools handle etc .It could cover thermal transferring to product with convex or concave corner without wrinkle.

2) Different from traditional heat thermal transfer machine which requested different jig, heat rubber board with design for different products. While using 3D Vacuum thermal transfer equipment , this extra costs could be saved.

3) With its large size working station/double working stations, it could thermal transferring multiple products simultaneously.

4) Automatic film feeding function ensures working efficiency. By accurate mechanical control and sensor technology, which avoids the transfer deviation or error caused by improper human operation, it improves the accuracy and consistency of transferring , and ensures product printing quality.

5) With automatic optical sensor and CNC dual positioning, it detects the pattern positioning to be more accurate.

Processing Steps for Our 3D Vacuum Heat Transfer Machine

1. Preparation: Need to prepare transferring products with clean surface(without dust), heat transfer film with requested design(we have thousands of shoes vacuum heat transfer design for customer’s choice and OEM design is accepted as well) , heat transfer glue.

2. Pre-treatment : Pre-treating the shoes before image sublimation. Make the glue spraying and dry by low temperature.(Glue adhesive video as below)

3. Positioning and Placement: Place the roll of heat transfer film to film holder, adjust the parameter on interface screen, ensure the pattern will be right placed on shoes products .

4. Vacuum Adsorption: Start the 3D vacuum machine, and closely fit the transfer film on the surface of the item, through the vacuum adsorption.

5. Heating and Transfer: After the transfer film is closely fits with the surface of the item, the machine begins heating process. By appropriate temperature and pressure, the pattern on the transfer film is transferred to the surface of shoes. (Parameters such as heating time, temperature and pressure need to be adjusted according to the specific materials and patterns)

6. Manual Unloading: After sublimation, worker takes out and unload the products and repeat the above procedures

7. Air Bag Pressing Machine. : workers put the shoes in machine and vacuum tightening the products for better effect.

Question: What needs to do for the Eva shoes before heat transferring?

Answer: Just like the Glass Bottle Hot Stamping ,it needs to do screen printing a kind of glue before hot stamping. For Plastic Bottle Screen Printing, it needs a Flame Treatment Machine to do the flame treating. For EVA Shoes, what we need to do is just adding the special glue on each printing surface. Following is the video for using the glue on shoes .


Question: What needs to do after the shoes are vacuum heat transferring?

Answer:It requires an air bag press machine/vacuum pump to provide stable pressure. The press machine helps to enhancing the adhesion and durability of the pattern.
