Manual Screen Stretcher is consisted of four 60cm width collets. One single set can apply to any screen frames below 60x60cm in external dimension,two sets combine together could print size below 120x120cm.The key parts of widing locking bars for compressing screen directly influences the quality of stretching. We specially ultilize the concave and convex locking bars to made the rubber with proper rigidity without joint,It is suiting for any frames below 5cm thickness (common thickness is 2.54-3cm) which just request to adjust the position bolt .
Considering machine's structure, only some components needs to endure the force, we bring in 0.3cm thickness steel plate to make normal components and 0.5cm thickness plate to strengthen the forced parts.
Instruction
1. Put the screen frame on it, the upside must be the ragged face.
2. Adjust the height of the frame, 1-2mm higher than the baffle.
3. Keeping the hand-wheel in the inside of the screw rod will assure better stretching effects.
4. Coat screen adhesive, not too thin and not to thick.
5. Stretch when the adhesive begin to stick hand
6. Coat the adhesive again after well stretched.
7. When the adhesive solidifies completely, then the screen stretching appliance can be disinstalled.
