Tips: It is recommended to use professional Heat Press/Hot Stamping Machine, which will high-efficiency to bulk production. It is usually heated to about 150°C , but it also depends on the machine you use. You can take a little bit to test the appropriate temperature.

Usage

1. It is necessary to choose the appropriate hot stamping foil according to the different types of hot stamping. When hot stamping, it is necessary to master the coordination of temperature, pressure, and hot stamping speed, and it varies according to the different hot stamping materials and areas.

2. When using the foil cutting machine for cutting, first let the turning tool fly and then gently push it forward. When cutting, the pushing should be temporarily delayed, and when the turning tool starts flying again, it should be gradually pushed forward. Do not push it forward quickly or hard when cutting. The direction of rotation of the electroplated aluminum hot stamping foil during cutting should be opposite to the direction of the label arrow.

3. Electrochemical aluminum hot stamping foil has a vacuum aluminum plating layer, which is very sensitive to acid, alkali, and humid environments. Therefore, it is required that the paper, ink (especially black ink), drying oil, and composite glue used by users must be neutral. Hot stamping parts must be kept dry to avoid oxidation or damage to the hot stamping layer
