Automatic Bottle Heat Transfer Machine
Application:
The machine is suitable for printing small bottles, such as: spray bottles, disinfection bottles, cosmetics bottle, essential oil bottle, medicine bottles, nail polish bottles, and any other types of small-sized bottle containers. With auto-feeding and auto-unloading, auto-printing, the machine could achieve fully automatic heat transfer printing on bottles. With PLC control, intelligent storage of multi-group operating parameters, touch screen display, human-machine interface design, the bottle transfer machine is easily operated. And the whole machine adopts full servo configuration, transfer film movement, fixture rotation movement, work table left/right movement are controlled by the same servo motor. Fixture can move with 90 degrees rotation, and rotating 4 times. All of these enable this foil thermal transfer machine printing precisely. This machine is ideal for businesses that require large-scale printing on small bottles, providing a cost-effective and efficient solution for their needs.
Feature:
1.Work Table: This Transfer Printing Equipment adopts A3 steel structure. It could support the other parts of the machine.
2.Manual Button: The thermal transfer machine is consisted of such manual switch, power Switch, manual switch, tension switch, start switch, emergency stop switch.
3.Worktable part: The machine working table has the function of adjusting the left and right position of the fixture. Turn the in-out knob clockwise, then the fixture moves out; turn the in-out knob counterclockwise, then the fixture moves in. Turn the left/right knob clockwise, then the fixture moves to the left. Turn the left/right knob counterclockwise, then the fixture moves to the right
4.Pillar part: Machine pillar is composed of the pillar on the bracket and the lift/adjusting screw.
5.Machinery upper connection with 4pcs of M16 balance screw, hexagonal nut, rectangular heat transfer. It helps to adjust the balance between hot stamping head and printing substrate. There are two big supports for the rubber plate. Motor is equipped at the back of the electric heating cover. The sprocket drives the rubber plate to rotate, so that the rubber plate is heated evenly.
The electric heating cover is equipped with two big supports for supporting the rubber plate. The electric heating cover is provided with a motor which is driven by a sprocket to rotate the rubber plate so as to heat the rubber plate evenly.
6. Head part: This transfer machine head is consisted of the upper and lower two non-machine board, guide rail, double-rod cylinder, flange block. Guide rail connects with upper connecting plate to fix the stamping head in avoid of shaking. There are adjusting stork nut on double-rod cylinder to adjust the pressure between rubber and substrate.
The lower part of machine cylinder connects with flange block, then fixed on the upper connection plate, finally drive the hot stamping head working up and down .
7. Feeding and discharging structure: It is composed of hanging rod, Chuck, electric eye, etc. The Chuck end is a discharging structure, and the other end of the transfer film is used for collecting wasted film. The electric eye is used to detect the black spots on transfer film to precisely position the printing position
8. Adjusting parameter panel: It is composed of touch panel, rubber wheel speed governor and temperature indicator lamp.
9. Storage Hopper: Machine with hopper and lifting plate. And next to it is conveyor belt. It could control the conveying speed.
10. Conveyor structure: It is consisted of the conveyor belt and conveyor belt motor.
